We make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an e-mail advising you of when it will be available. If you wish to cancel the order at that stage you may do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of that order.
You should receive your order the next working day after we ship it.
Shipments to your delivery address maybe subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges to clear customs must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country so we advise that customers contact their local customs office for further information. Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
At present we will not ship outside of UK and Ireland.
Shipping is via Citylink/Fedex starting at £8.21 inc vat and they guarantee next working day delivery.
If you would like to return your purchase you may do so at you own cost or we can arrange pickup at charge of the customer. The product must be returned un opened and within 7 day's of purchase. If it is not returned unopened or within 7 days we may accept the return but may charge a restocking fee. We will only accept returns once a member of Excel IT Services UK LTD has autherised return with an RMA number.
For an item(s) that is believed to have a fault can be returned within the manufactures warrantee period and after checking for a fault and refund or exchange will be issued depending on age of faulty product. If the product is found not to be faulty the customer will have to pay for a shipping/testing fee of up to £20.00 ex VAT. The shipping fee to get the product to the customer is never refunded on a returning product unless the product is confirmed faulty.
