It does what it said it would and what your excellent support guy said.

it didn't much with my firewall
it was easy to install
It found an eicar which I use for test
(and another virus in a kernel DLL which I rather suspect to be a false positive or an optimistic infection since this is a boot time debug support DLL and has no access to any native API (let alone Win32)).

Very impressed with Sophos. Even more impressed with Excel IT
